Cancellation Policy

We’d like to give a little reminder of our cancellation policy. We understand that situations can change unexpectedly. As a small business, we must still cover ongoing expenses such as rent, staff wages, operational costs & loss of service.

You'll get a reminder email 48 hours before. Rescheduling can be done at that time if needed.

​

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will apply. Cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment, or not showing up, will result in a full charge for the service booked.

Deposit Policy

To secure your appointments a 50% deposit is required when booking online/over the phone or in the salon.

 

Deposits are non-refundable if appointments are amended after the 24hrs of our cancellation policy.
